You may purchase additional credits at any time at your current subscriptions price from the pricing page in our web application once you are logged in. You need to have an active subscription to purchase additional credits.

Our subscription service is less of a subscription, and more of a recurring credit purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time and keep all of the credits you have purchased to use at any time.

Credits purchased on our platform do not expire at the end of the month, but your account may be deleted if you remain inactive on the platform for a considerable period of time.

In some situations we may offer a free trial to our platform. If you are an enterprise user, you may request a free trial using this link.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account and navigate to the 'Billing' section. From there, you can cancel your subscription with a few clicks on Stripe.
